Inpatient Gastroenterologist- Weekend Moonlighter

Harbor Medical Associates, a member of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for a moonlighting opportunity providing inpatient GI coverage at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Massachusetts.

This role is ideal for a local GI physician with availability to provide weekend coverage. You will work alongside a collegial team of GI physicians and benefit from the support of a full-service hospital.

Position Highlights:

• Location: South Shore Hospital, Weymouth, MA
• Procedures Required: EGD and colonoscopy
• Rounding: Yes, inpatient rounding expected
• EMR: EPIC

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Licensed in Massachusetts
• ACLS certification required
• Previous experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-based approach to care

Support & Setting:

• Full range of specialty services available (anesthesia, cardiology, surgery, radiology/IR, IM hospitalists)
• No supervision of other providers required

This moonlighting role offers a flexible, compensated opportunity to support inpatient GI care while partnering with a strong network of Mass General Brigham clinicians. Providers from other GI groups are also onsite, and this is not a solo coverage setting.
