Job Summary:
Excellent opportunity to join a well-established private practice to practice inpatient and outpatient medicine on the campus of Parham Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.Qualified Candidates:
- Board certification required in their specialty
- Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration

About the practice:
- Active psychiatric treatment with 24-hour access to a psychiatrist.
- Medication administration and monitoring, if clinically indicated.
- An after-care plan linked to the presenting problem and behaviors that resulted in the admission and addresses post-hospitalization needs. Staff will collaborate with community providers during the course of treatment to ensure a smooth transition back into the community and to the next appropriate level of care.
- Family and individual support systems are an active member of the treatment team to foster positive outcomes for the individual.
