Trauma Level: IV
Volume: 1.5 patients/hour
Shifts: 12-hour shifts | 24 hrs/day of physician coverage
Support: 12 hrs/day of APP assistance during peak times
EMR: Meditech
Procedures: Intubations, Chest Tubes, Central Lines, OB/GYN, Procedural Sedation, Resuscitation & more
$275/hr + $10/hr Quality Bonus (quarterly)
$50,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years)
Professional Liability Insurance
$285/hr
Travel, lodging, car rental provided
1-Year Contract | Block Scheduling
PRN roles may convert to permanent
$250/hr + $10/hr Quality Bonus (quarterly)
$50,000 Sign-On Bonus (forgivable over 3 years)
Full Medical Coverage (Physician + Family)
$5,000 CME + License Fees Paid

Professional Liability Insurance
ABEM-certified or BC/BE in EM or FM with ED experience
3+ years of trauma/ED experience with 250+ recent cases (FM/IM)
Active ND license or ability to obtain
Current PALS, ATLS, ACLS certifications
Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset
25-bed hospital with a 4-bed open ICU
Inpatient census: 8–15/day | Admissions: 2–3/day
Supportive leadership, flexible block scheduling
