We’re building something remarkable in Western New York, and we’re looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Plastic Surgeon with Hand Surgery Fellowship training who’s ready to lead that change.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Establish a high-impact, full-scope Plastic Surgery practice with the support of a large integrated system behind you.
  • Deliver life-changing outcomes through reconstructive, cosmetic, and (optionally) hand procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgical peers in vascular, general, and breast surgery, and leverage a strong primary care referral base to scale quickly.
  • Become a visible leader and system builder as we grow access to surgical excellence across Western NY.

Within 12 Months, You Will:

  • Build a high-volume surgical practice that’s delivering both cosmetic and reconstructive outcomes to patients from across the region.
  • Be recognized as a key surgical leader within Unity Hospital and the RRH system.
  • Help shape the next generation of care delivery by participating in system-level initiatives and best-practice development.

The Essentials:

  • Location: Unity Hospital Campus, Rochester, NY
  • Schedule: Full-time, with a mix of inpatient and outpatient
  • Preferred: Fellowship in Hand Surgery (but not required)
  • License: Must be eligible for NYS medical license
