Schedule: 35–36.5 hours per week (no production quotas)

Compensation: $300,000–$360,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $600,000

As a Navy Anesthesiologist, you'll:
Deliver full-spectrum anesthesia care in surgical, trauma, and perioperative settings
Manage pain, monitor life support, and ensure patient safety in complex clinical situations
Collaborate closely with surgeons, specialists, and medical teams across inpatient and outpatient environments
