Medical Directorship - Compensation Range: $265,000 - $325,000 and Leadership Stipend: $40K
Saratoga Hospital Medical Group – Infectious Disease seeks a Board-Certified Infectious Disease physician for Medical Directorship of an established practice with Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Our program has been recognized by the Infectious Diseases Society of America as a Center of Excellence (CoE), for the past six years. The CoE program recognizes institutions that have created stewardship programs led by infectious diseases physicians and ID-trained pharmacists that are of the highest quality and have achieved standards aligned with evidence-based national guidelines.
Lead a well-respected program with the support of an experienced part-time Infectious Disease physician and two experienced physician assistants. This opportunity is mostly inpatient with outpatient clinic time.
Our physicians and physician assistants serve Saratoga Hospital and Glens Falls Hospital. Work within a multidisciplinary team environment with excellent support from nursing, Infection Prevention Team, pharmacists, including a fellowship-trained infectious disease pharmacist, hospitalists, laboratory, wound care, infusion medicine and more.
