Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Wilton, our largest practice with a close-knit staff in a state-of-the-art, recently newly built spacious office in repurposed space at the Wilton Mall, Saratoga Springs, just outside of the downtown shopping district, with many amenities located nearby. 

  • Join 11 physicians, nine Family Medicine physicians, an Internal Medicine physician, a Psychiatrist, and three primary care Advanced Practice Providers. Join recent graduates and seasoned providers here to start or continue your career. 

Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care – Scotia Glenville: Join four physicians and three family nurse practitioners in this collegial practice that was established nearly 40 years ago as a private practice. The group came under the hospital umbrella just over a decade ago. The practice chose to partner with Saratoga Hospital Medical Group as the healthcare landscape began to change in the Capital Region. A team approach to patient care is utilized among providers, nursing and administrative staff. 

Scotia-Glenville is situated in the southwest corner of Saratoga County, a few minutes from our Malta campus, close to Clifton Park, Niskayuna, adjacent to Burnt Hills/Ballston Lake, and 19 miles from Saratoga Springs.  

Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care - Galway seeks a Family Medicine physician for an exciting rural medicine opportunity. Join three Nurse Practitioners in this vibrant practice, less than 20 miles to Saratoga Springs and just 11 miles to the eclectic village of Ballston Spa.

Galway is a rural, close-knit community. Patients come from a wide surrounding area to seek health care within the Saratoga Hospital system and this practice. Physicians who enjoy a good mix of adult medicine and pediatrics will love this intergenerational practice located in a bucolic setting. The practice is nicely-situated across from the Galway Central School System. The practice is a contracted provider for school-based health.
