Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wound Care Physician located in Bentonville, AR. This is an outpatient opportunity with no call and no weekends The Wound Care Physician will be responsible for:

• Providing wound care treatment
• Conducting assessments
• Developing treatment plans
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Ensuring high-quality patient care.

• M-F work schedule, no call, no weekends
• FP, IM or General Surgery certification is needed
• Newley certified physicians are encouraged to apply
• Growth of the position is based on referrals
• Physician will be expected to grow the practice and create referral sources
• Salary range of $225,000 - $230,000 + production bonus 

Qualifications

•      Experience in managing complex wound cases as a physician or surgeon
•      Certified Wound Specialist Physician ( CWSP) a plus

• Can be BC/BE General Surgery, Bariatric, Vascular Surgery or Plastic Surgery 

          or BC/BE  Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics

•  Experience on a multidisciplinary team
•  Expertise in wound assessment, treatment & management 
• Knowledge of wound care technologies and best practices
• Active Arkansas medical license or ability to obtain one
• Previous experience in a wound care setting is preferred
