Medical Director/Oversight at Framingham Dermatology

Position Overview:
Framingham Dermatology is seeking a Dermatologist to join our team as Medical Director. This is a rare opportunity to practice dermatology in a flexible, supportive setting while also providing clinical leadership. The role includes oversight of mid-level providers and collaboration with a built-in referral network from primary care physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions.
• Perform in-office medical and surgical dermatology procedures.
• Create personalized care plans and educate patients on treatment options.
• Oversee and mentor NPs and Physician Assistants
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold quality-of-care standards.
• See an average of four patients per hour, with flexibility for complex cases.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Active Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and procedural skills.
• Proven leadership or interest in medical direction.
• Familiarity with Modernizing Medicine EMR is a plus.
