The C.A.S.T.L.E. (Children and Adolescents Seeking Treatment and Life Empowerment) program, part of CFG Health Network, is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to children and adolescents facing various psychological challenges. Our mission is to empower young individuals and their families through compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a supportive environment. We are looking for a leader to manage our program in the Berlin and Camden locations. The Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist will join an amazing team of professionals who are passionate about treating the children in the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide medication management, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychiatric medications as necessary.
- Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with facility standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and treatment planning sessions.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of the C.A.S.T.L.E. program.
- Stay informed of advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry and contribute to staff training and education.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with completion of a residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. - Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is required. - Valid medical license in the state of New Jersey. - Experience in child and adolescent psychiatric care is preferred. - Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a focus on evidence-based practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with children, adolescents, and their families. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. - Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining patient confidentiality.
