The Department of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences (https://headnecksurgery.duke.edu/) at Duke University is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified clinical track faculty member to join the Division of Comprehensive Otolaryngology. Competitive applicants should possess a strong commitment to clinical care, collaboration, education, and innovation. The employee will have an appointment at the level of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, depending upon the candidate's qualifications.
The primary responsibility for this role will be clinical otolaryngology in a hospital-based ambulatory and in-patient setting, with occasional clinic sessions at a satellite location. There will also be opportunities to teach medical students, residents and fellows, and participate in scholarly activities.
The position comprises a clinical appointment in the Department and the Duke Health Integrated Practice (https://dhip.dukehealth.org/) at a level commensurate with credentials and experience, as well as an academic appointment in the Duke University School of Medicine.
