Uintah Basin Healthcare (UBH) is a non-profit healthcare system headquartered in Roosevelt, Utah, serving the communities of Duchesne and Uintah counties. Established in 1944 as the LDS Roosevelt Hospital, it transitioned to county ownership in 1975 as Duchesne County Hospital and became Uintah Basin Medical Center, a 501-c3, not-for-profit, community-owned hospital in 1993 under the management of UBH.

The flagship facility, Uintah Basin Medical Center, is a 42-bed community hospital recognized as a Level IV Trauma Center. The medical center also has a heliport. 

UBH operates additional clinics in Altamont, Duchesne, Manila, Tabiona, and Vernal, offering services such as home health, hospice, dialysis, and rehabilitation.
