Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Assistant Professor Fixed Term

Position Summary

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Assistant Professor, Fixed Term. The position will include clinical / outreach settings, teaching PMR residents, and conducting research. Other general duties will include the following: The weekend calls will include supervising PM&R Residents on the inpatient floor, consults, and possibly EMGs.

Staffing consults on the inpatient floor and/or in a subacute rehab setting two half days per week with an average of 3-5 consults per half day. This will also include inpatient EMGs—participation in PM&R resident didactics to include approximately four annual presentations.

Required Degree

  • Doctorate -Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Minimum Requirements

  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or Medical Doctor (MD). Candidates must be Board-Certified or Eligible and qualify for licensure in the State of Michigan.
