Urgent Care Physicians– Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine around St Louis Suburbs

Practice Setting:
St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital is actively seeking Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine physicians to join our network of 8 outpatient Urgent Care Centers throughout the greater St. Louis area. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with flexibility in scheduling and a strong support team of experienced providers and advanced practitioners.

Urgent Care Locations:

  • Arnold, MO

  • Chesterfield, MO

  • Creve Coeur, MO

  • Des Peres, MO (closed weekends)

  • Ellisville, MO (Medical Director’s office)

  • Fenton, MO

  • Ladue, MO

  • O’Fallon, MO

Position Highlights:

  • Hospital-employed opportunity

  • Outpatient only – no telemedicine

  • 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM), days vary

  • Full-Time = 6 shifts/2 weeks | Part-Time = 3 shifts/2 weeks

  • Patient Volume Goal: ~3 patients per hour

  • Access to system-wide specialty care

  • Cerner EMR in all sites

  • Each location is walk-in friendly, no appointment required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Motivated clinician who stays up-to-date on best practices

  • Enjoys team collaboration and seeks to advance the clinical excellence of Urgent Care

  • MD or DO with 3+ years of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

  • Board Certified (required)

  • H-1B visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $120/hr

  • Additional pay for extra shifts

  • Full benefits including malpractice with tail coverage

  • CME allowance: $5,000 (full-time) | $2,500 (part-time)

  • Relocation assistance (potential)

  • Licensing and DEA reimbursement

  • Vacation: 108 hours/year (full-time) | 54 hours/year (part-time), used between July–June

Hiring Need:

  • 1 Full-Time Physician

    (Opening due to upcoming retirement)
