About the Opportunity
Abbeyville Family Medicine, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team.
- Join a dynamic practice made up of 9 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
- Collaborative care model that includes patient goal setting, care coordination, and referral assistance

Key Responsibilities
Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:
- Evaluate and consult with patients to establish care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Monitor lab results, medication adherence, and toxicity
- Administer/prescribe treatments, therapies, and vaccines
- Discuss procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans with patients
- Collaborate with nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
- Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
