About Us:
We are a well-established, private gynecology practice in Weston, MA, currently staffed by four experienced physicians. As two of our esteemed physicians plan for retirement, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gynecologist to join our team. Our practice is affiliated with Newton-Wellesley Hospital and is known for delivering compassionate, high-quality gynecologic care in a patient-focused environment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gynecologist (MD/DO) to provide expert gynecologic care in an office-based setting. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with no night call responsibilities and a flexible four-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

• See between 12-14 patients per day.

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including routine exams, preventive screenings, and treatment of gynecologic conditions.

• Perform office-based procedures and collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional patient care.

• Maintain a patient-centered approach, fostering strong relationships with individuals and families.

• Work closely with Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Mass General Brigham Hospital for any necessary referrals or hospital-based care.
