MD/DO - Interventional Cardiologist

ThedaCare, Inc. is seeking one physician to fill an Interventional Cardiologist position to provide diagnosis and treatment of heart related disordered in adult patients through medical management, use of non invasive imaging techniques including stress testing, echocardiography, cardiac CT/MRI, and holter/event/ekg monitoring as well as invasive techniques including diagnostic/interventional heart catheterization and angioplasty, thrombectomy, TAVR, and watchman procedures. The position requires 36 patient contact hours per week and in addition, the person will perform routine administrative duties including reviewing test results, writing letters/reports, participating in quality and peer reviews, department meetings, and similar activities. The person will be primarily located at our Appleton, WI hospital with as-needed coverage at facilities located in Neenah, WI or Manitowoc, WI.

A qualified candidate will have an M.D. or D.O. degree, or foreign equivalent degree, and must have completed an Internal Medicine Residency and an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship.  The person must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and either Interventional Cardiology or Cardiovascular Disease.  ThedaCare performs background checks.  Qualified candidates should send CV to:  Laura Kallstrom, ThedaCare, Inc., 3 Neenah Center, Neenah Wisconsin 54956 or laura.kallstrom@thedacare.org.
