Baylor Scott and White Health Medical Center – Pflugerville is seeking an experienced, BC/BE Acute Care General Surgeon to join our General Surgery Program in Pflugerville, TX. Candidates must be BC/BE in General Surgery.
This will be a leadership position for a committed team player with a favorable work/ training history with a passion for patient care, with entrepreneurial and leadership skills to grow within our Department of Surgery, General Surgery practice as we move towards Trauma designation. The ideal candidate should be focused on quality, and be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians, agencies and other professionals to provide outstanding patient care in a community based and resourced hospital setting.

Baylor Scott and White Medical Center – Pflugerville is a 25-bed full-service medical center, currently undergoing an expansion to 50 beds, pursuing Level III Trauma Designation. With care delivered by a team that upholds Baylor Scott and White’s tradition of providing comprehensive, personalized quality healthcare, the hospital offers a wide network of medical expertise and resources, as well as an enhanced focus on wellness, not just sick care. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Where Applicable - Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her speciality or demonstrate board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
