• Scope of Practice: Inpatient and outpatient care with the option for partial telemedicine.

• Work Schedule: 4.5 days per week for a balanced work-life schedule.

• Patient Volume: See 75–95 patients per week.

• Call Schedule: Shared 1:4 call rotation for flexibility and balance.
