PRACTICE
' Work from Level 3 Trauma main campus which offers 15 ORs, 4 room Endoscopy Suites,
& 1 Pulmonary Suite with occasionally a 2ndfacility which has 6 ORs
' Surgical Case Variety: Main Campus has surgical cases in General, Orthopedics, Podiatry,Neurosurgery, Urology, Cardiothoracic, Vascular- OB/GYN, ENT,Pediatrics
' Team currently has 6 Physicians & over 23 CRNAs
' CRNA oversight
*Day Float/Night Float System
*Average Weekend Call 1x/month
' Pediatric services: Typically 3 ' 4 weeks is the
youngest, occasionally, neonates for pyloric stenosis
' All epidurals performed by CRNA's
CALL SCHEDULE
4-week rotating schedule
Week 1 - 5 days (10 hr days)
Week 2 ' 7 days of call
Week 3 ' Post call/Off week
Week 4 ' 5 days (10hr days)
** Opportunity to work internal locums on off days
** 7 weeks of PTO (not including post call week off)
PACKAGE
Direct employment by Hospital
$700-800k income with incentives year 1
$75k sign on bonus
*Bonus: 90% ASA Unit metrics met annually $25k
