Bellin Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join the Peshtigo, WI Clinic, located just minutes away from beautiful Lake Michigan. This opportunity gives you the best of both worlds, a smaller clinic with the support of a large health system.  An established patient panel with long-term clinic staff makes this an ideal opportunity.

Practice Details:

• Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week
• 2-year compensation guarantee, plus:
• Time off: 160 hours per fiscal year; 264 hours per fiscal year once compensation guarantee expires
• CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off
• Participate in a large call group, phone call only
• No weekend or holidays, except for on-call weekends
• Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin-Green Bay
• Up to $12,000 for relocation assistance
