Job Details:- Location: Las Vegas, NV
- 20-25 patients per day
- Flexible schedule M-F
- Inpatient rehabilitation and LTAC setting
Responsibilities:- Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in IRF and LTAC setting
- Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
- Work closely with consulting specialist and IDT for safe patient transitions and level of care recommendations
- Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR ingenious med
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure residents patients receive high quality medical care and oversight
Qualifications: - Board certified internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
- 2+ years' experience in post-acute or acute care setting
- Active Nevada license
- Active Nevada DEA
CompensationOur compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $281,000 to $352,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
