Geriatrics Physician / Palliative Care - Passionate Team - No Call - Rochester and Southeastern MN.

Olmsted Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Physician with geriatric experience for our Active Aging Services patients. A physician with experience in palliative care and adult mental health is preferred. This position would join other physicians, nurse practitioners and support staff. Medical Directorship experience is a plus but not necessary.

• Care for residents in Nursing Homes, Assisting Living Centers, clinic settings, and individual patient homes
• Assist with care planning, admissions, and facility discharges
• See 8-10 patients per day in an eight-hour day
• Cover six Rochester NHs and one rural (around 30 miles from Rochester)
• Back-up coverage for another physician as needed
• No Call!
• 0.5-0.6 FTE salary range is $135,000 - $160,000 dependent on FTE
• Epic – Electronic Medical Record
