Minimum Requirements:

·        Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

·        Active AZ license or eligible to obtain

·        DEA with prescriptive authority

·        Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Practice Details:

·        Full-Time

·        3 Gen/Surg practice w/dedicated MA Support

·        Critical Access Hospital 

·        Full Spectrum General Surgery practice

·        Endoscopy skillset required

·        Call: 10 days/mo. required
