Part Time Primary Care Physician in Freehold, NJ

Job Details

• 15 -20 patients per day
• Part-time position
• Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $136,000 to $140,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
• Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Qualifications

• Board certified MD or DO in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in state
