Position: Hospitalist

Location: Alamogordo, New Mexico

About the Opportunity:

• Work Schedule: Two positions available for either day or night shifts.
• • Open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with a preference for full-time.
• Patient Load: 15-18 patients per day.
• Facility Details: 10-bed closed ICU and an 11-bed progressive care unit (PCU).

Additional Possibilities: We have a hospitalist position within our Family Medicine residency program for board-eligible or board-certified family medicine physicians. This role involves supervising and mentoring PGY-2 and PGY-3 residents, providing an excellent opportunity for leadership and teaching in an inpatient setting.

Qualifications:

• New grads encouraged to apply
• Either Family or Internal Medicine is accepted (does not apply to FM residency position)

Requirements:

• Must be eligible or licensed in the state of NM
• Must be Family Medicine Board Eligible or Certified
