Compensation & Benefits:

• Financial Package: up to 319k base salary DOE + sign-on bonus + productivity incentive
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Eligible for up to $50,000 per year in tax-free student loan assistance

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD/DO
• Certifications: Board-certified in Family Practice by start date
• Licensure: Licensed in Oregon or willing to obtain
• Experience:  Practical experience, especially with underserved or challenging patient populations, is highly desired
