Job Description
Get ready to grow your practice in a family friendly Wisconsin community. Our Summit clinic, located in the heart of southeastern Wisconsin’s coveted “Lake Country”, is seeking a pediatrician in joining a health care system that is committed to achieving high quality health care.
 
Position highlights
  • Join a group of three busy pediatricians who have long tenure, collaborate well and support each other
  • Incoming pediatrician will inherit a practice panel so can develop a busy practice in a short period of time
  • Outpatient position with newborn nursery rounds
  • Call 1:7 shared with other pediatricians in the market (Waukesha and Hartland)
  • Support staff includes an assigned MA or RN, two LPN’s or MA’s that help with vaccines and two triage nurses who provide support to all of the pediatricians in the market
  • Monday through Friday plus Saturday clinic from 8:00 a.m. to noon; pediatrician on call works on Saturday
  • Multispecialty clinic attached to the hospital (Aurora Medical Center Summit), access to specialists and ancillary equipment
  • 32 patient contact hours; four day work week

  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

  • Two year income guarantee from $284,458 to $284,458
