What You’ll Do:

• Provide Exceptional Care: Manage a diverse caseload—from kidney stones to bladder conditions—seeing 30-40 patients per clinic day with a balanced, high-quality approach.
• Operate with Expertise: Spend 1-2 days a week in surgery, utilizing hospital ORs and our Class A ASC for a mix of complex and outpatient procedures (15 cases per half-day in ASC, 6-8 per full OR day).
• Collaborate Seamlessly: Work with 7 urologists and 8 skilled APPs who handle first nighttime calls, ensuring a supportive 1:8 call rotation across three hospitals.
• Balance Your Life: Enjoy 2-3 clinic days and a schedule designed for diversity and work-life harmony.

Who We’re Looking For:

• General or Subspecialty Skills: Board-certified or board-eligible in urology. Generalists are our core need, but subspecialty interests are welcome to build a unique practice.
