What You’ll Do:

• Provide Stellar Care: Diagnose and treat a wide array of urological conditions—from urinary tract infections to prostate disorders—delivering tailored treatment plans that put patients first.
• Operate with Precision: Enjoy 1-2 OR days per week, leveraging our on-site Class A surgery center and the nearby MidLantic Urology Surgery Center in Wayne for cutting-edge procedures.
• Collaborate and Teach: Partner with a skilled team of 12 physicians and advanced practice providers while mentoring urology residents as faculty in the Main Line Health Urology Residency Program.
• Balance Your Schedule: Spend 3-4 days in clinic (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) seeing patients, with a manageable 1:7 call rotation shared among seven physicians—because your well-being matters.

Who We’re Looking For:

• General Urology Mastery: Board-certified or board-eligible, with a robust skill set in comprehensive urological care. Experience or interest in female urology is a plus.
• Patient-First Mindset: You’re compassionate, communicative, and committed to forging strong connections with patients and peers.
• Team-Oriented Spirit: Excel in a collaborative setting, working seamlessly with residents, colleagues, and staff to deliver top-notch care.
