We Offer

• High earning potential with no cap
• 1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside
• Eligible for production bonuses, sign-on, relocation, and loan forgiveness
• 401(k) with match (100% vested day one) and profit sharing
• $2,500 CME allowance plus paid license and certification renewals
• Up to 6 weeks of paid time off plus 6 paid holidays
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $575,000-$625,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $600,000 - $800,000.
