We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Sports Medicine Physician to join our collaborative team in Portland, Maine—a region known for its natural beauty, vibrant community, and exceptional quality of life.

Position Highlights:

• Base Salary: $260,000 + productivity incentives (RVU-based)
• Role Type: Full-time, outpatient
• Location: Portland, Maine – Southern coastal region

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized musculoskeletal and non-operative orthopedic care to a diverse population—from recreational athletes to active adults.
• Collaborate with primary care, physical therapy, and other team members in a dynamic, integrated care setting.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery.
• Contribute to developing best practices in sports medicine within a forward-thinking clinical environment.

What You Bring:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Sports Medicine
• A patient-first mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Interest in working within a value-based care model that emphasizes quality over quantity
• Experience or interest in ultrasound-guided procedures is a plus
