OB/GYN Physician Position in McKinney, TX

Our affiliate, Unified Women’s Healthcare of Texas, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious women's health care center in McKinney, TX. About the Practice:

The practice consists of 6 OB/GYN physicians with 4 Nurse Midwives and 1 Nurse Practitioner along with a great support staff.  This is a very established group of top-notch physicians that has been serving patients in McKinney and the larger Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area for almost 25 years. The practice has their office location in McKinney, and they perform their deliveries and GYN surgical procedures at the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and the Medical City McKinney Hospitals.  Both of these hospitals provide a Level 3 NICU unit, women’s health subspecialist providers, and the da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN surgical procedures. Joining this practice is a great opportunity for a newly graduating resident physician to get solid mentorship and training in private practice. In addition, this practice can also assist an experienced physician looking to take their career to the next level.

Practice Highlights:

• The practice has a team of 6 physicians, 4 midwives, and 1 nurse practitioner
• Practice has a solid patient base and reputation that has been built up for over 25 years in the Dallas metro area
• 1 office location in McKinney that is a short drive away from the hospitals
• Practice performs deliveries and GYN surgical procedures at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and Medical City-McKinney Hospital
• Clinic patient volume is typically about 25 per day per physician
• 1 weekday per week of call and 1 weekend per month
• Work with a collaborative and collegial group of physicians that will provide strong mentorship to new resident graduates and physicians new to private practice
• 3 weeks of vacation time to start
• $30K sign on bonus and $30K retention bonus

• Eligible for partnership in the practice after 3 years of tenure
