Physician - Neurointensivist - per-diem

PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend is a state-of-the-art regional medical center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. Join our Neurointensivist team and practice as a per diem employee providing evidence-based care, and creating a patient-centered, healing environment with a strong focus on quality clinical outcomes and patient safety.

Practice Highlights:

• Neurointensivists work 12-hour shifts in our dedicated Neuro ICU 
• 1 week on/1 week off (flexible to accommodate 5-7 shifts in a row)
• Collaborative, and supportive working environment working alongside APCs 

The Springfield and Eugene community is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country. • hourly pay: $229.16 + overtime paid after 40 hours/week
• Travel and lodging reimbursed

Job Summary:
Demonstrates compassion, respect and caring while working within the scope of practice of Physician to provide safe and efficient care to patients and assistance to their families and visitors. Works collaboratively with all other healthcare team members toward the best outcomes for the patient and the organization. Provides professional services to the hospital and its patients. BLS required.
