Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway (BHMC-C), in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join an existing group with 2 other Pediatricians.
BHMC-C is a 264,000 square-foot facility that opened in September of 2016. It features 111 beds, eight operating rooms and a Level III trauma-center emergency room. The labor and delivery department opened in the spring of 2017 and has 12 beds along with 2 ORs.
The ideal candidate will be a pediatrician excited about building on to an established practice and working in a brand new state of the art hospital. This opportunity is to practice in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. In the hospital, pediatricians will be needed to attend deliveries, provide newborn care, and see pediatric and adolescent admissions.
The position is an employment opportunity with AHG, a subsidiary of Baptist Health. This opportunity provides a base salary with a competitive benefits package. There is also an opportunity to earn incentive compensation based on patient satisfaction, quality, and medical staff committee involvement.

Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway has served patients of Faulkner County and surrounding areas since it opened in September 2016. The nationally recognized, faith-based hospital features 120 licensed beds and eight operating rooms. Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway is easily accessible off Interstate 40 at Exit 129-B (Northbound) and Exit 129 (Southbound).
The Women's Center is a 50,000 square-foot, state of the art facility that offers advanced, innovative services to patients. Some of these services include a Level II specialty care nursery, Jacuzzi tubs for use during labor, and SMART beds that make for a comfortable stay for new moms.
The hospital’s Emergency Department is a Level III trauma center, which means it has demonstrated the ability to provide advanced trauma life support (ATLS) prior to the transfer of patients to a higher-level trauma center.
Also located on the campus are Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute-Conway, a Medical Office Building and Baptist Health Surgical and Specialty Clinic-Conway, allowing patients and providers convenient access to additional health care services.
