Position Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call Rotation: Rotating 7-day call schedule
• Patient Volume: 16-20 pediatric patients per day, with potential for variation.
• Support Staff: 1 Current Pediatrician who has been there for 28 years, 2 Medical Assistants (MAs), 1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and an interpreter.
• Additional Resources: Behavioral health therapist available for pediatric mental health needs.
• On-Site Services: Laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house pharmacy with a drive-thru.
• Work Environment: Private office with a dedicated nursing room.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): NextGen

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Competitive Base Salary
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
• CME Allowance: $2,000 annually
• Licensure & Dues: Covered by North Central Family Medicine
• Health/Vision/Dental Insurance: Available

• Malpractice Insurance: Covered
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 34 total days, including holidays
• CME Leave: 5 days

Candidate Requirements

• Open to new graduates and experienced pediatricians.
• Visa sponsorship available (including H1B).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
