General Adult Neurologist – Silverdale, WA

We are seeking a General Adult Neurologist to join our thriving physician-owned and -governed private practice in Silverdale, Washington. This opportunity offers a Monday through Friday "bread & butter" outpatient clinical practice with a well-balanced schedule, a supportive team, and strong financial incentives.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Practice: Work alongside an established board-certified neurologists and a nurse practitioner in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
• Monday through Thursday shared 1:2 phone call schedule (only for established TDC patients, as Neuro Hospitalists will cover all else) for TDC patients at the new, state-of-the-art St. Michael Medical Center—just one block away.
• Weekend Call Coverage: Supported by neuro hospitalists and a virtual group covering nine hospitals, with TDC offering secondary backup.
• Patient Volume: ~18-23 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
• Technology & Support: Greenway Intergy EMR until EPIC EMR Transition in early 2026 
• Affiliation: Professional Services Agreement with Virginia Mason Franciscan Medical Group, which owns St. Michael Medical Center.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $300,000 - $320,000 two-year minimum salary guarantee with immediate production bonus eligibility.
• Production Bonus based on RVU model.
• $20,000 sign-on bonus, $10,00 Relocation, 
• CME Allowance: $3,000 per 12-month period for CME costs, licensure fees, and membership dues.
