• Work-Life Balance: No Call; Friday used at your leisure (can work M-TH)
• Optimal Patient Volume: 10-15 patients on clinic days
• Sponsorships: J-1 and H-1B sponsorships

Compensation & Benefits:

• Financial Package: Base + $85/RVU
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Additional Bonus Incentives: Annual production bonus
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full comprehensive benefits 
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000-$15,000

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: Board certification or board eligibility in General Surgery
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible to be licensed in state
• Skillset: General Surgery
• Experience: 2+ years of experience
