Neurologist - Toledo, OH
ProMedica Physicians Neurology is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join our team. Our Ideal candidate would be someone interested in Clinical Neurology, both general or subspecialized, along with academics.
- 36 hours of clinical time and 4 hours of admin time
- Tele-Neurology options for outpatient visits
- Monday - Friday clinic schedule
- Optional Resident teaching and clinics
- Adding a physician due to growth
- Quickly build a robust practice
- 1500+ provider referral base
- Work with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who share in clinical coverage
- Professional colleagues and work environment
- Catchment area encompasses surrounding counties throughout northwest Ohio & southeast
ProMedica Neurosciences Center
The 3-story, 122,000 sq. ft. building includes Centralized Registration, Clinical and Anatomic Laboratories, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Imaging, Neuro-diagnostics, Rehab, Infusion and Research.
Multiple subspecialties: Epilepsy, Headache, Stroke, Parkinson/Movement Disorder, MS, Interventional Neurology, Neuromuscular Disorders, Pediatric Neurology, Spine Care, Adult and Pediatric Neurosurgery, Neurovestibular, Multidisciplinary Epilepsy and Neuromuscular Clinics.
The facility is home to:
- 33 Neurologists
- 8 Neurosurgeons
- 29 Advanced Practice Providers
- 300 dedicated individuals
- 125 employees who have been there since the facility opened
- Education: 20 residents - 6 Fellows - 100% board pass rate

The three-story, 122,000 square foot building on the north campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital provides an easily accessible location with convenient parking and centralized registration. The modern architecture and design of the building reflects the innovation and creativity that will take place within its walls. The building also features a major art installation inspired by the neurosciences.

A multidisciplinary team of experts including nearly 40 specialized neuroscience physicians from ProMedica and the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences practice together in one location.

Education
Medical students, residents and fellows are exposed to a wide variety of experiences and medical cases to enhance their education in an exciting and collaborative education setting.
Research
At the neurosciences center, science researchers interact daily with neurology and neurosurgery clinical staff within the departments of neurology and neurosurgery. This means our physicians are focused on treating the symptoms of the medical condition, as well as understanding and discovering the underlying cause.
This “bench-to-bedside” approach is available only in academic medical centers and provides patients treated through the neurosciences center with early access to the latest and most promising solutions to their conditions.
