Surgical Oncologist

Providence Specialty Group is seeking a Surgical Oncologist to join their team in Santa Monica, California. This role involves treating both oncology and general surgery patients, with a preference for expertise in GI/Hepatobiliary surgery. The practice is dedicated to community-based cancer research, maintaining a high standard of care through ongoing innovation. Working with Saint John’s Cancer Institute as a community-based cancer research and ACGME approved training institute with an international reputation in clinical trials and translational research.The ideal candidate will be ACGME fellowship-trained in Surgical Oncology, with robotic training preferred and proficiency in minimally invasive surgery. The team fosters a collaborative, patient-centric, and growth-minded environment, emphasizing strong work ethic, dedication to patient care, and research. • Board Certified or Eligible in primary specialty, Fellowship trained
• Monday to Friday schedule
• New graduates or 1-5 years of experience required
• Compensation is between $364,397 and $585,772 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
