Join one of the nation’s largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a Part Time Pediatric Hospitalist to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients in Wilmette, IL.
 
Advocate Children’s Hospital in partnership with the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance has a pediatric ambulatory care center in Wilmette, IL.  This center houses multi-disciplinary pediatric specialty clinics, infusion center, radiology services, and an urgent care clinic.  
 
Position highlights
  • 0.4FTE, Part Time 
  • Pediatric Urgent Care provides services in general pediatrics, acute care/sick visits, simple wound and fracture care.
  • Pediatric Urgent Care, Pediatric Hospitalist, or Pediatric Emergency Medicine experience is preferred
  • Unrestricted Illinois Medical License or eligible for Illinois Medical License
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • PALS certification
  • Skills in basic suturing and orthopedics are encouraged
  • EPIC EMR
  • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
  • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Chicagoland Children's Health Alliance - Pediatric Outpatient Center

The Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance – Pediatric Outpatient Center focuses care on each child’s complete medical needs while providing personalized, seamless care coordination. The alliance is the partnership between Advocate Children’s Hospital and Pediatrics at NorthShore University HealthSystem. Our goal is to support patients’ and families’ needs for the highest level of pediatric care with easier access to our network of pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists across Chicagoland. These pediatric subspecialists work collaboratively at our Wilmette outpatient center. This location is also home to the Chicagoland Children’s Health Alliance - Pediatric Immediate Care for conditions needing care right away.
