Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation includes Base Salary + Quality Bonus + Sign-on Bonus + Quarterly Bonus.

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD, DO.
• Certifications:  IM/Nephrology BC/BE
• Ability to obtain unrestricted Illinois State Medical License and DEA
• Open to new grads and experienced physicians.
• All visas accepted except J1 waivers.
