- $400K base salary + $47,450 call pay with two-year guarantee, sign-on bonus, $15K relocation, and partnership track (optional)
- Work-Life Balance: 3.5–4 day workweek, Fridays off post-call, no running between clinic and OR(average 2 deliveries per shift)
- Advanced Technology & Support: 2 DaVinci robots, Level 2 nursery, in-house anesthesia, and a collaborative team (4 MDs and 3 NPs in Cleveland; 1 MD and 1 NP in Athens)
