Outpatient Primary Care – 1 Hour from Detroit
- Guaranteed base salary of $220K, plus $30K sign-on and up to $85K in bonuses
- Earnings reach $280K+ with productivity incentives
- Manageable volume with just 18 patients per day—longer appointments available
- Dedicated admin time supports a true 4-day workweek
- Minimal pediatrics (less than 5%)
