Low Acuity, Level III NICU Group Practice in Chattanooga, TN

Position Highlights: 

• Schedule Flexibility: Open to 5, 6 or 7 24-hour shifts per month
• Favorable Call Schedule: Approximately 4 hours in unit, then on call from home for remainder of shift
• Desirable Practice Setting: Low acuity level III NICU and strong support staff with seasoned APPs and NICU nurses
• Culture & Support:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Financial Package: $235K-$275K annual compensation + 401K profit sharing with up to 4% employer match
• Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance

Qualifications: 

• Degree: MD or DO accepted
• Certifications: BC/BE and Neonatology fellowship required
• Licensure: Must be in possession of or able to obtain a TN medical license
• Experience:  Accepting providers with all levels of experience
