General Surgeon

CHI Saint Joseph Health is looking for a market-wide PRN General Surgeon who is willing to take call at our hospitals across Kentucky, including Saint Joseph Mount Sterling, Flaget Memorial Hospital, and Saint Joseph Hospital/Saint Joseph East as needed. The surgeon will help to cover call at our hospitals on an as needed basis, working closely with our employed providers to ensure continuity of care amongst our patients.

Essential Duties:

• Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver health care to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.

• Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
