Baptist Health Medical Center-North Little Rock (BHMC-NLR) is seeking 2 Nocturnists to join a busy service at its 250-bed facility in North Little Rock. This position is a 7 on/7 off opportunity. The role would entail teaching and supervising Internal Medicine Residents, who would be handling the admissions during this shift. Baptist Health/UAMS Internal Medicine Residency is located on this campus and accepts 15 residents per year.
BHMC-NLR offers a state of the art facility and EPIC EMR. It maintains an excellent relationship with a full array of surgical and medical specialists who frequently call upon the hospitalist group (Internal Medicine Associates) for consults. IMA is the 50-plus physician hospitalist group that covers hospitals in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Arkadelphia, Malvern, and Heber Springs.
Arkansas Health Group (AHG) is the employer and is a Baptist Health subsidiary. Qualified candidates must be either BE/BC in Internal Medicine. Experienced Family Physicians may be considered.
