Acclaim Physician Group, a partner with JPS Health Network, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our dynamic and supportive team in Fort Worth, Texas. As the county hospital system, JPS has been dedicated to serving the residents of Tarrant County for over 100 years—offering a unique opportunity to treat complex medical cases and make a lasting impact.

This role provides an academically rich and rewarding environment, as JPS is an urban teaching hospital with 18 residency and fellowship programs. You will have the chance to train and mentor future physicians while advancing rehabilitation care for patients who need it most.

Position Highlights:

  • Diverse Case Mix – Manage neuromuscular disorders, spinal cord injuries, TBI, musculoskeletal trauma, amputations, and more
  • Specialized Treatments – Perform electrodiagnostics (EMG, nerve conduction studies, ultrasound), spasticity management (Botox injections, optional baclofen pump management), and more
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration – Work with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to optimize patient outcomes
  • Teaching & Research – Train medical students, residents, and fellows and participate in educational initiatives
  • Patient-Centered Care – Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation plans

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in PM&R
  • Texas Medical License & DEA Certificate (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for rehabilitation medicine
  • Experience in a clinical rehabilitation setting preferred (Minimum of 2 years highly preferred)
