Join a well-established, hospital-employed Psychiatry group seeking a BC/BE Psychiatric Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient care. Our team operates on a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule, offering a balanced work-life structure with no outpatient responsibilities.

Located in Dothan, AL, this position offers easy access to the Emerald Coast beaches of Florida (90 minutes away), low cost of living, and excellent schools, all within a welcoming southern community.

Practice Highlights:

• Consistent Schedule – 14 days on, 14 days off
• Team-Based Model – Two teams of two Psychiatrists per shift
• Shared Call – Alternating every other day after hours and weekends
• Single Location – No travel required
• Dedicated Support – BMU nursing and administrative team
• Medical Support – Internal Medicine Hospitalists manage medical care
• Teaching Opportunities – Precept 3rd & 4th year DO medical students and IM residents

• Behavioral Medicine Unit (BMU) licensed for 48 beds (current capacity: 28)
