Duties include diagnosing and treating diseases and medical conditions. Requires completion of medical school, and residency. An ability to pass boards, obtain state licensure and DEA.

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
